The Cheer Collective is a cheer portrait membership program for Middle Tennessee cheerleaders, created for those who want more than just a one-time picture day.
For a one-time $100 membership fee, Cheer Collective members receive photos, special events, discounts, and perks throughout the year — plus maybe a few fun surprises along the way.
What's Included?
Group Shoot Kickoff Event
Over the summer, we’ll start the season with a high-energy kickoff event. The theme: "Uniforms + Poms, Bring Your Moms!" This event will be at my studio in Christiana, TN, and will capture images of the whole Collective together, plus a few individual head shots of each cheerleader. We'll have a quick chat to get acquainted. Later, you will choose your favorite 2 images to have as full-resolution digitals. There might be some swag, too. ;)
25% Off Your Individual Cheer Session
Receive 25% off your individual cheer portrait session, and 15% off your order — perfect for updated images for tryouts, social media, posters, gifts, or keepsakes for family.

Comp Photos
When competition photo coverage is available, Cheer Collective members receive exclusive discounts and occasional freebies on competition day images. Details vary by event and will be shared with members as competitions approach.

Custom Mobile app
Each Cheer Collective Member will receive their own mobile app to show off their photos. Every time we take photos together, I will add branded, web-sized images to your app for quick access to show them off.
Mini Website
Each Cheer Collective Member will receive their very own mini website within the Coastal Cowgirl Studio website. Here, we'll showcase some of your favorite photos from sessions you've done with us, and also blog about your accomplishments throughout the season!

FAQ
When and where will the Group Shoot be held?
This shoot will be held in the spring or summer at my studio in Christiana. I will decide on an exact date once I have everyone's responses on when they will receive their uniforms for the year.
What do we wear to the group shoot?
Wear your uniform and bring your poms! My hope is to get as many different uniforms into that group shot as possible.
Should our moms come too?
Absolutely! We might even pull them into a few shots.
What types of photos will we take at the group shoot?
We'll get several fun group photos, but also a few individual photos of each cheerleader.
How long does this program run?
I'm anticipating that it will run from tryouts in 2026 until tryouts in 2027.
Am I required to book an individual cheer session?
No, but I hope you do! Individual cheer sessions are optional, and Cheer Collective members receive 20% off if you choose to book one.
What are the individual cheer sessions like?
These sessions are around an hour of photography time where we focus on just you, your athletics, and your personality. You can bring all your medals, white jackets, trophies, and old uniforms to display. These are shot outdoors in your stadium or a park, or in the studio for a totally different look (subject to studio fee).
Do I have to order any products?
There is no minimum product purchase requirement for the group shoot. Finished products are optional and available to purchase separately. There will be a minimum purchase requirement on the individual sessions.
What types of products do you offer?
Coastal Cowgirl Studio is a full-service, boutique studio. I will guide you through choosing finished products that fit your needs — from stunning wall art and heirloom albums to classic sports items like prints, buttons, and posters. Order "a la carte" or choose a bundle for a better value.
What age groups are this available to?
This program is designed for all ages of cheerleaders, from the youngest youth ages all the way through college. The younger members will need heavy parent participation while the older ones will be much more autonomous. We'll discuss this more at the group event.
Am I required to generate a certain amount of referrals?
Nope!
Do I need social media for this?
Well, it's not required but it sure does bring more participation and helps you get referrals. More on this at the group event.
What about if I'm already one of your Senior Reps?
If you're already one of my senior reps and would like to participate in this group too, that would just be added awesomeness for your senior year. You can definitely join both!
What are the referral incentives?
Love your photos and experience? Please share it! As a member, you can earn rewards and perks when they refer friends who book a session. Incentives include print credits or digitals.
